In a rice cooker, add 300 grams rice, 2 cups vegetable stock, 400 grams black beans, season with 1.5 tsp garlic powder,1.5 tsp onion powder, 1.5 tsp cumin, 1.5 tsp oregano, and 1 bay leaf.
Cook on the “white rice” setting.
Once cooked discard the bay leaf, fluff with a fork and serve.
